This teacher training was SO much more than I ever could have hoped for. I learned so much about myself that I never thought possible. Karen is incredibly detailed and thorough, making sure every student is understanding and learning in a way that is best for them. I went in hoping to learn how to correctly do some postures and how to cue a class, and took away not only those things but a deeper understanding of myself and the world around me.
