I recently received my Yoga certification. Every week I Studied with Karen I was in awe of her deep roots into the lineage and practice of yoga. Her teachings continue to guide me on my own yogic path. If and when I decide to teach I am confident that going thru Karen's program has set me up to be an authentic and powerful yoga teacher.
